    Your Mind, Your Power Program

Delivered in a four-part interactive workshop format for children 9 years+
Your Mind, Your Power is a fun and interactive program designed to help children understand how their minds and thoughts shape their reality. They will learn how to harness the power of their thinking, focus, and visualization to create success and happiness in their everyday lives, as well as build resilience when life doesn’t go as expected.
Through this program, children develop emotional intelligence by exploring emotions like anxiety and anger. They’ll learn to recognize the early signs of anxiety, understanding their natural reaction to worry, and how to work with anxiety rather than getting stuck in an emotional loop or resisting it. They’ll gain tools and mindfulness techniques for emotional regulation, helping them calm their minds and bodies while navigating life’s challenges with greater ease.
As they deepen their understanding of anger—its causes, how it manifests, and the difference between healthy and unhealthy expressions—children will learn to identify the underlying emotions behind their anger, such as hurt, fear, or frustration. They’ll discover how to uncover their true feelings and needs while developing effective communication skills to express anger in a healthy and respectful way, ultimately fostering stronger relationships.
Additionally, children will explore the science and benefits of laughter and creativity and how these can reduce stress, boost mood, and enhance overall well-being. Through engaging in creative exercises that spark their imagination and relaxation, they’ll learn practical tools to incorporate humor into their daily lives for increased joy and happiness. By navigating challenging situations with creativity and laughter, they’ll also build stronger connections with others and develop more meaningful relationships.

    THRIVE: Your Mind, Your Power

Program For Teens & Young Adults

This program is designed to support teenagers' and young adults' mental well-being, equipping them with practical tools to build confidence, emotional resilience, and a healthy mindset for life. It helps them to understand their thoughts and feelings, reframe self-talk, and develop inner strength through science-backed strategies.

Parents and educators will see teens and young adults grow in self-awareness, communication, and purpose—laying a strong foundation for lifelong well-being and success.
This four-part workshop-style program focuses on four key areas designed to help them thrive in life.
    Your Mind, Your Power

Here they’ll learn to master their mind, emotions, and inner environment—understanding how self-talk and perspective shapes every part of their lives. They discover how to use the power of their mind to create their future, rather than be controlled by negative thoughts or emotions. Through rewriting their inner narrative and breaking old thought patterns, they learn they are never truly stuck—they can change. With a focus on self-belief, resilience, and the power of their words, they learn how to face challenges with confidence and clarity.
Dealing with Anxiety, Worry & Fear in Healthy Ways

Teens and young adults learn why anxiety isn’t a problem—it’s a messenger. They explore how to understand and manage anxiety, fear, and stress in healthy, constructive ways. They gain real-life tools for reducing stress, regulating their emotions, and soothing their nervous system. A key focus is developing impulse control—teaching teens to recognize reactive patterns and pause before acting, rather than being ruled by stress or emotions. This empowers them to break the cycle of anxiety and respond to challenges with resilience and confidence.
Anger Expression & Discovering the Truth of Your Anger

This session empowers them to see anger not as something to fear or suppress, but as a powerful signal that reveals their deeper needs, boundaries, and truths. By learning to discover the deeper emotions and needs beneath the anger and express their anger in healthy, respectful ways, teens strengthen their emotional intelligence, self-respect, and connection to others. They’ll also gain tools to help cool the fire of their anger.
The Power of Creativity, Laughter & Having a Vision

“Having a vision means picturing a future that excites you — something that makes you want to get up in the morning, that gets you through the tough times. Your vision is unique to you.”
Teens discover how laughter and creativity can be powerful tools for navigating challenges and staying connected to their vision for their future. Through purposeful action, they'll learn to find joy and meaning in everyday moments—even when life feels overwhelming.
Through relatable storytelling, mindset coaching, guided self-reflections, and emotional regulation skills, teens and young adults learn to challenge negative self-talk, strengthen resilience, and build a meaningful vision for their future. Rooted in neuroscience and real-life inspiration, this program empowers young people to develop emotional awareness, a strong sense of purpose, and the confidence to shape their own path in life.
