ABOUT ME

I’ve worked in the health and wellbeing field since 2009, supporting individuals to build more balanced, sustainable ways of living. My work today is shaped not only by training and experience—it’s grounded in lived experience.
I’ve experienced burnout twice—once driven by workplace pressure, and once through prolonged personal stress and health challenges. Like many high performers, I had the routines in place and appeared to be managing well. However under the surface, ongoing stress was taking a toll on my energy, focus, and overall health.
This led to a diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis—an experience that fundamentally changed how I understand stress, pressure, and wellbeing. Through my recovery, it became clear that sustainable health and how we show up in our work and lives require more than managing symptoms. It requires a deeper understanding of how stress accumulates in the body and quietly shapes our energy, health, and overall quality of life.
These experiences gave me a practical, first-hand insights into something many organisations are now facing: high-performing people can sustain pressure for a long time—until they can’t.
Today, I work with organisations to proactively address this. My approach focuses on helping teams and leaders recognise early signs of burnout, manage pressure effectively, and build the resilience needed to sustain performance without compromising wellbeing. It’s not about stepping away from performance—it’s about strengthening it in a way that lasts.
Through structured programmes and workshops, I support teams to improve focus, communication, and collaboration, while embedding practical strategies that reduce stress and support long-term engagement.
The result is not just healthier individuals, but stronger, more effective teams—able to perform consistently, adapt under pressure, and support one another in demanding environments.
