At the heart of my work is a commitment to supporting people to thrive—enhancing health, wellbeing, and connection, reducing stress, and fostering happier, more balanced lives. As part of this mission, I host the Live Well, Be Well Radio Show, where I explore diverse ways to support wellness with the people of Cork. Each week, I bring together expert voices—qualified practitioners, health specialists, and thought leaders—to share practical, evidence-based insights and discuss topics that matter most to living well.
Through these conversations, I provide tools and strategies to improve physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing, helping individuals live their healthiest, most fulfilled lives. By connecting listeners with expert guidance and actionable advice, the show creates a meaningful impact on both personal and community wellness.
Laughter is one of the fastest and most natural ways to transform how we feel. Even starting with simulated laughter quickly sparks real joy, activating the body’s natural feel-good responses and helping people release tension safely and healthily. Through guided laughter practices paired with gentle breathing techniques, participants experience a simple yet powerful boost to both emotional and physical wellbeing. No jokes, humour, or comedy skills are required—just a willingness to laugh and engage.

Connecting to Joy – 8 Week Wellness Program
Cultivating Resilience, Wellbeing & Meaningful Connections
Connecting to Joy is an uplifting 8-week wellness program designed to help participants strengthen resilience, improve emotional wellbeing, and reconnect with a sense of joy and possibility in their lives. Through a thoughtful blend of mindset tools, group connection, and gentle mind–body practices, participants learn practical ways to navigate stress, anxiety, and life challenges with greater confidence, calm, and self-awareness. Each session combines simple learning with engaging experiential practices so participants can immediately experience the benefits.
The program helps participants develop healthier thought patterns, cultivate gratitude and self-compassion, release tension through movement and laughter, and build meaningful connection with others. Participants often report improved mood, greater confidence, reduced feelings of isolation, and practical tools they can continue using beyond the program.
Duration: 2 hours per session over 8 weeks
