Connecting to Joy is a wellness program that takes you on an 8-week journey to increase joy, wellness, and resilience, while igniting trust, confidence, and connection. Youl'll have the opportunity to learn skills and tools to help navigate life’s challenges with greater ease, while building strong mental and emotional foundations rooted in joy, love, connection, and authenticity.
Reconnect with your natural joy, deepen emotional resilience, and build meaningful connections through this uplifting mind-body program. Designed for all mobility levels, each session blends learning with joyful movement—helping you embody what you learn in real time.
Program Overview:
Week 1: Master Your Mindset
In your first week, you'll explore mindset, beliefs, and self-talk to identify mental blocks and patterns that may be holding you back. Reframe limiting beliefs and self-talk to boost your confidence, reduce anxiety, and cultivate emotional clarity.Week 2: Gratitude as Medicine
This week highlights how gratitude uplifts the heart and rewires the brain for positivity. You'll experience how daily gratitude can foster peace, enhance self-love, and improve your overall mental and emotional wellness. Learn to use gratitude practices to rewire your brain, increase optimism, and foster emotional warmth and self-compassion.Week 3: Courage, Play & Laughter
Step into courage and joy through laughter yoga and play. Laughter boosts your immunity, eases emotional heaviness, and strengthens connection, leaving you feeling energized and emotionally free.Week 4: Joyful Movement
Explore the healing power of movement and music in accessing joy. You'll learn how to move through emotions physically, awakening vitality and uplifting your mental and emotional state.
