    Supporting Wellbeing for People Living with Chronic Illness
    Living with chronic illness can bring ongoing fatigue, pain, stress, and emotional strain. Safety, Laughter & Little Joys is a gentle 5-week program designed to support people living with conditions such as MS, arthritis, fibromyalgia, and other long-term health challenges. Through simple practices that combine nervous system regulation, breath, laughter, and small moments of joy, participants learn practical ways to ease stress, reconnect with their bodies, and support their wellbeing in everyday life.
    The program helps participants calm the nervous system, improve emotional wellbeing, and develop practical self-management tools for low-energy days and symptom flare-ups. Through supportive group interaction, participants often experience improved mood, greater resilience in managing symptoms, increased confidence in caring for their wellbeing, and a stronger sense of connection with others who understand similar challenges.
    Duration: 1 hour per session over 5 weeks

    Connecting to Joy is an uplifting 8-week wellness program designed to help participants strengthen resilience, improve emotional wellbeing, and reconnect with a sense of joy and possibility in their lives. Through a thoughtful blend of mindset tools, group connection, and gentle mind–body practices, participants learn practical ways to navigate stress, anxiety, and life challenges with greater confidence, calm, and self-awareness. Each session combines simple learning with engaging experiential practices so participants can immediately experience the benefits.
    The program helps participants develop healthier thought patterns, cultivate gratitude and self-compassion, release tension through movement and laughter, and build meaningful connection with others. Participants often report improved mood, greater confidence, reduced feelings of isolation, and practical tools they can continue using beyond the program.
